As President and Construction Project Director, David participates in pre-construction planning through his expertise in site planning and development. David’s main responsibility lies in construction and post-construction phase activities. He is the individual our clients work with during the construction of their homes. David's construction  experience as a master carpenter began in 1979. During David’s tenure with Moore Designs, he has overseen the construction of hundreds of custom homes here in southeastern Wisconsin.

Lisa S. Moore
Vice-President & Design Project Director

Lisa Moore was raised in a family of residential construction professionals, her experience in home design, estimating and general contracting management dates back to 1984.  Most of Lisa's responsibilities lie in pre-construction services.  She understands and excels in all facets and types of home design and has designed hundreds of homes during her career.   Lisa has the ability to grasp clients' ideas and produce layouts, detail and design ideas that not only turn their dreams into reality while also making an architectural statement. Lisa and John Butz work together with clients to create home designs that meet their:  needs, budget and lifestyle as well as possess the stature and character that make them distinct.

John Butz
Architectural Design Services

John has been working as an architectural designer since 1988 after attending UW-Milwaukee’s School of Architecture. John and Lisa work together with clients to create home designs that not only meet the needs, budget and lifestyle of our clients but also make a statement and stand out as being different and perhaps more interesting than others. Clients enjoy and feel designing homes with John is both enjoyable and rewarding because of John’s approachable demeanor and ability to communicate effectively as well as his creativity, attention to detail and follow through.

Don Flitter

Don assists David Moore with construction and post-construction phases. Don’s main responsibilities lie in construction job wrap up and punch list as well as post-construction warranty service. Don is a well liked team member of Moore Designs. Knowing that Don frequently works, post-construction, in clients homes, it is important to note that clients frequently comment on Don’s integrity, conscientiousness and trustworthiness.

Supervising custom home construcion and rough carpentry services under the supervision of David Moore. Providing quality rough carpentry services is of the utmost importance to Moore Designs due to the fact it is the basis for which all finishes are applied and because it is essential to the integrity of the home as well as the overall quality and long-term stability. Also, due to the sometimes complex nature of our homes designs, experienced carpentry services are required.
